If you attended one of allen's concerts in 2004 or 2005, there's a good chance you heard John Scott Evans playing second guitar.

John is on most of the cuts on allen's "Live" album that was released this summer. John will soon be relocating from Nashville to the west coast (to allen's chagrin) to pursue music opportunities there.

He recently sent a song which he wrote after driving through Pennsylvania where he noticed a sign for "Allentown." The song, a gift to allen, will be on an upcoming John Scott Evans cd. It is aptly entitled "allen's town."
